The Building Together Program is Kellow Construction’s avenue to serve those most in need in our community. Every fall the entire Kellow Construction Team nominates local non-profits they want to support, and in 2023 Storyteller Children’s Center was the recipient of the Building Together award.
On April 13, Storyteller Children’s Center hosted its 9th annual Lunch with Love at the S.B. Woman’s Club for more than 200 supporters. There was a reception on the sunny patio and then lunch inside, where guests were welcomed by Board President Michael Wasserman.

Returning to where it started 35 years ago, Storyteller Children’s Center is beginning the process to add classrooms at Transition House for infants and toddlers.
Storyteller Children’s Center received $4,000 and was represented by Adrienne De Guevera. The program works with preschoolers and toddlers providing breakfast, lunch and a snack to families in need. Children in the program go on to be better prepared when they start school. The program provides meals and spends educational time with the children specifically targeting “food insecure” children.
