Our Families

Storyteller supports Santa Barbara County’s underserved preschool age children and their families.
Many families live in unsecure housing, in shelters, or with multiple families in a single residence, which can negatively impact child development.
Many families fall below the federal and state poverty guidelines.
An estimated two thirds of our children live in single parent homes.
